Could there be a better Repub Nominee to run against than Cantor in 2012? He has no new ideas, no desire to expand the party base, and he would further 'purify' the Republican Base(and make it smaller!) by kicking out anyone who is not 'conservative' enough.

Can the Repubs go below 21%? Let's hope they nominate Cantor -- AND WHILE THEY ARE AT IT why not add Palin to the ticket!!

1. Cantor might have made more sense for McCain as a running mate than
the wolf-murdering fool he eventually chose.

But as a presidential candidate, I'm just not seeing Cantor getting anyplace.

It may be entertaining to watch Cantor, Pawlenty, Palin, Pence, and Boehnor claw each other to bits on the frozen Iowa landscape, all fighting essentially for the same slice of the pie.

4. His shifty eyes and slimy-sneaky-half smile-smirk is a real winner (for us!).
Not to mention the whining voice with nothing of any substance being transmitted by it.

7. If You Think He Whines Now
I'm telling you he must have had voice training because he sounds so much better than he did before he became minority whip!

5. I love the idea of ambition inhabiting an empty head who someone told he should be President...
.... of course, every great Repub Candidate for President must pay their due respects to the ultra rightwing Conservative Fundamentalists of the Party, and Cantor seems like a can't miss in that regard.

But WHO?? WHO whispered in Cantor's ear that he should run for the Republican Presidental Nominee in 2012?? Hmmmm ... is that you Mittens? (ROMNEY?)

10. Gingrich had dreams of being Cantor's Cheney.
That's my guess, based on his "mentoring" of Cantor.

I think Cheney has engendered similar dreams for people who think they could be Cheney to the likes of Palin and Jindal as well.

But I am happy to say, I doubt he could win anywhere except this particular district. He is truly a nothing.

8. With Cantor, I get the distinct smell of Aslef.
In fact the whole community of Narnia. I have no idea why.

9. Don't Forget Cantor blew off Obama's Speech on the Economy to attend Britney Spears' Concert...
I guess when it comes to making the kinds of decisions that just shout "Presidential Timber" Cantor will pull this out and see how many salute.

I have no doubt the rightwinger Repubs will give him pats on the back, and say MORE PLEASE!

The base won't allow it. Remember that showing his hebraic roots was the final straw for George Macacawitz Allen in 2006.

12. Like a Good Mystery The Hand of Romney Will Be Prominent in the 2012 Repub Pres Run Up...
Take all the other Republican Nominee Pretenders and put them in a cage match, and you can't get that kind of entertainment anywhere else -- but above the fray will be Romney, who will continue to lock up contributors and building an unbeatable campaign force.

IMHO Palin, Cantor, Pence, and the Others are the warm up acts....
