fucktards like graham and sessions who CANNOT resist the urge to insert their fucking Bible into MY government at EVERY opportunity possible and REFUSE to follow the secular language of the Constitution...and think that "THEIR" faith gives them a pass to do so...how can they even suggest that someone ELSE uses their ethnicity, religion, etc in making decisions and act as if it is wrong to do so when it is ALWAYS so right when they do it???

3. And why you are on the subject...
Is there any reason a judge would need to recuse themselves from a case because of religious reasons? I have never understood why someone can rule on any abortion cases if they practice a religion that says abortion is murder.

4. They shouldn't
they are "supposed" to abide the rule of law--not the rule of faith. However, we know that doesn't always happen. Damn activist judges.

5. it's called projection. they always assume that everyone will do what they do.
personally, i think these guys are scared shitless because they know what the white men in this country have done to everyone else for how long, and they see that they will not be in the majority anymore and are scared of being on the receiving end of what they and their ancestors have done to others. sotamayor is representative of the changing face of this country as minorities begin outnumbering these white men and their white women counterparts.... for the record, i am a white woman. i think the only people concerned about the changing face of america are the ones that think that the way they think is how everyone else thinks.
