2. Yep, so I could get a picture
even tried using IE thinking maybe it somehow wasn't compatible with Firefox. Still no picture or sound.

6. Mine is fine
No answer as to why. Might be compatibility issues. Could be a plugin thing. The little loading wheel on mine looked a lot like the Silverlight plugin.
