Wow, I was lurking in freeperland to kinda do some infiltrating, and posted one comment that was kinda made to sound like I was a conservative, you know, didn't want to sound TOO left,and actually agreed ( though not really) with some of their shit, and guess what! They SUSPENDED my so called 'privleges! I was denied the right to post, and, well everything! It was real creepy man... I felt like I was trying to infiltrate Gestapo headquarters, and they sniffed me out! Hell, all I did was say that I support gun rights AND universal health care! You think that gave me away? ( I don't support guns, but am all for universal health care, being an expat Canadian and all) I have tried in the past to change the minds on a few issues like health care and such, but its like trying to convince a brick to be a loaf of bread! The one good thing that happened there, was i found a link to this place, and man, I feel like I've been freed from a Nazi prison camp, straight into the arms of the Allies! I read some of their weird stuff on there about guns, and revolution and shooting up the liberals and stuff, and it scared the hell out of me! I was a bit surprised to see that they did actually sympathize somewhat with Michael Jackson, which I thought they'd be tearing him up with their anti black/molestation stuff, but they were actually quite gentle and understanding about the drug thing, which they believe and have concluded was his demise. They referred quite a bit to the Boss Limbaugh drug thing, and compared it somewhat to that, which was weird, because they sympathized with Limbaughs drug problem. There was some praise of his talent and music though, and I can't help but think that in a way, MJ did erase some of the cultural, religious, and racial boundaries with his life, and I felt that there. Maybe there is hope for the bastards yet convincing them that Universal Health care is a good thing, that nobody likes abortion, but SOMETHING has to be done other than outright ban it, and that church and state Do belong in separate buildings, and that we don't really NEED all those guns,and corporate greed on a global scale IS creating a global environmental disaster, and perhaps maybe just MAYBE we can, heal the world.
