The unemployment rate is skyrocketing.

The economy is in the gutter.

The racist teabaggers are doing everything they can to discredit our president. Mainly because he is black.

The blue dog Democrats are more of an enemy than an ally.

And what is DU concerned about? A new feature that allows threads to be unrecommended.

Wake up people. On the list of things we really need to be concerned about, unrecommended threads rank at the bottom.

Not to mention all the messes in various parts of the world. Compared with people caught up in real wars, or not knowing where the next meal is coming from, the 'recommend/unrecommend feature' doesn't seem the most important issue of the week.

5. I guess I honestly don't care

At first I thought it was a great idea. Then I moved on and worried about other things.

I just don't get all the angst. I have been here a long time and it still amazes me how many people here act like the sun rises and sets by DU. It's a great website but I'm a lot more concerned about health care than the features on DU.
