"Wasteful spending" is GOP codeword for any spending that HELPS people

I see the term "wasteful spending" all the time from the GOP and conservatives in general, and it just pisses me off.

So it's wasteful to spend less than a trillion on health care, but not wasteful to spend trillions on the Military Industrial Complex, which continues to destroy sovereign nations?

2. The basic idea is to spend only money on defense, and when there is

finally an uprising, they have plenty of guns, tanks , etc. to defend themselves against the revolution.
