OK or better? I often see people here saying that Dennis is the only worthy dem politician there is on that level. I disagree. And because he caucuses with the dems, I include Bernie. I'll start:

Barbara Lee
Bernie
Sheldon Whitehouse
Pat Leahy
John Kerry
Barbara Boxer
Peter Welch
Barney Frank
Russ Feingold
Keith Ellison
Maurice Hinchey
Jim McGovern

2. Of course Teddy. I feel awful that I left him out.
Sadly, I know why I did. It wasn't conscious, but I already think of him as no longer a member of the Senate.

5. Yeah right
First, everyone will have their own defining list of who is and isn't acceptable based on each person's individual yardstick as to what they feel is 'democratic'

I still believe in the big tent theory. Sure there are democrats that piss me off like my own Tom Carper. But I still would rather have a democratic party that allows for opionions (even if I thinks some of them are wrong) as oppose to having a senator forced to think exactly like the rest of their party else being punished by loss of seniority or earmarks.

8. I agree that we as citizens must hold all our representatives accountable. I often see
people confusing liking a politician with accountability.

They aren't the same thing.

i can't name one politician that shouldn't be held accountable. Not one.

Agreeing on a list of who you like seems rather silly.
