...It would be interesting to see if there is anything/promise she has violated within the oath in respects to her quitting that could be legally use against her.

2. Here is what I found with a Google search

All public officers, before entering upon the duties of their offices, shall take and subscribe to the following oath or affirmation: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Alaska, and that I will faithfully discharge my duties as . . . to the best of my ability." The legislature may prescribe further oaths or affirmations.

Unless the legislature prescribed further oaths or affirmations (which is unlikely) then there is nothing here that could legally be used against her, but it is not good for public relations to just quit an important office without even giving a real reason for leaving.
