Government to fake Bin Laden audio-tape praising Pelosi? Don't doubt it
Bin Laden, for some strange reason, only does audio tapes now. He stopped using video since December 2001; so it wouldn't be difficult for any Republican to use this to their advantage and put any words in the mouth of "Bin Laden" in order to make it seem as if he's always praising a Democrat. And if he praises a Democrat, then Democrats are supporting the enemy.

This is a pre-emptive strike against the govt. new attempt to release another "Bin Laden" video/audio.

3. Bin Laden, hmm I seem to remember that name from somewhere
Yes, that's it, he's the hairiest member of Bushco.
Yes I'm sure he'll follow their orders, as he has from the beginning.
What a pity that we can't believe a single byte of data out of the White House or the Pentagon.

4. I love the thorn in the thraot part.
It makes it seem so darned authentic to the freaks who live in their moms' basements and type phrases like "boots on the ground", and "Islamofacist terror."

Thank goodness the WH has their finger on the pulse of the M.E.

5. That's not the best way to handle the potential spin, antiimperialist.

In this hypothetical speculation of yours, you spell out a statement that you predict we'd hear from Limbaugh, O'reily, et al. I agree that if your hypothetical came to pass, we would hear the right-wing mouthpieces using such lousy logic as "If Bin Laden praises a Democrat, then Democrats are supporting the enemy", but it is horrible logic, and should be attacked as such.

If it's true that the US's handling and military occupation of the Mid-East is what prompted Bin Laden and a few others to issue explicit threats of violence against the US prior to 9/11/01 and carry out the pre-9/11 terrorism against the West, and if it's true that the majority of United States citizens don't support the spoils of our Mid-East invasion, then what the hell is wrong with a peaceful policy that makes progressive Americans, average Mid-Easterners, and radical fundamentalist Islamists happy? Waging peace may look funny at first, but we damn sure better start being able to handle the giggles.

I think the way toward any successful so-called 'war on terrorism' is one in which lives are saved, not destroyed.
