are to blame. If we just keep it simple -- like Nancy Reagan's highly successful "Just Say No" campaign -- teen-agers would not give sex a second thought. It's unnatural for teens to think about sex, after all. They never did until rock music crept into our society, and inflicted terrible images into teens' heads. If not for peer pressure, most youngsters would far rather concentrate their hormones on homework, housework, paper routes, and becoming a good citizen.
