Fox News - A track record of "mistaking" Republicans for Democrats

In 2006, getting Whitehouse and Chaffee mixed up during the RI Senate race:

And my favourite, also from 2006, Rep Mark Foley:

2. It could be one of two things.
1. It's intentional, propaganda designed to make Democrats look bad, and cover up for the Republicans.

2. Just a mistake, which shows what a crap "news organization" :eyes: Faux News really is.

Take your pick, neither is anything to brag about.

3. It happens so often it could only be on purpose.
And it never happens the other way around (putting a R after Edwards, say, during that scandal).

8. It's intentional propoganda
They have fox noise playing everywhere, people in waiting rooms see the "D" and that's what they remember:
"So I go to my dermatologist today and FOX was on the tv in the waiting room."

5. They're clairvoyant; Specter was only their first prediction to pan out.
The others will all jump ship eventually -- just wait and see!

:sarcasm: <--It's really sad that I have to include this.

7. I agree
I watch Fox whenever I have an upset stomach, and need to induce vomiting. Luckily for me, that rarely ever happens.

9. No accident when it happens so consistently.

I know they are a bunch of inept amateurs at ClusterFaux but this has to be intentional.

11. Mistakes are accidental. These weren't accidental!
They need to be framed differently to impress on the drones that they are being LIED to INTENTIONALLY!

Misrepresentation is certainly immoral and unethical, if not illegal.

Certainly not a brand I'd want to be affiliated with; they're not being fair nor balanced by this chicanery. Once? Mistakes happen... 4 times, and during an election year as well? I'm not a believer. They would know better. )

13. well, someone is responsible for putting the text up there on the screen
if it was the other way around, Bill-o or hannity would send their goons out to do a surprise attack on whomever, and shove a microphone in their faces DEMANDING to know who ordered the misrepresentation....
