Freeper blames Ted Kennedy for Sanford's demise, rails against "Puritan" ethic....

Until Barney Frank, the Kennedy’s, Edward and the rest are held accoutnable, who cares?

Let citizens of South Carolina take care of this.

Of course, we can join the Democrats by blasting another of our own over what the Democrats excuse for themselves.

When do we stop letting the Democrats play us like a cheap fiddle over some perceived Puritan ethic?

More evidence we need a COMPLETE changing of the guard.

The GOP is dead.

Long live the GOP.

1. Conservative ethics are "perceived?"
That explains everything.

2. Oh, they always pull out the 'but Kennedy did it' card.
Never mind that happened 40 years ago.

Oh, and BTW, repukes, if what someone did 40 years ago 'makes you' do something now, what kind of boneless little wussies are you?

4. The last FReep is actually right. They DO need a COMPLETE changing of the guard.
And that change is more to the right of center instead of to the ultra-stuper duper far right.

Of course he means the latter I am sure...

5. It just wouldn't be Freak Republic without a teleprompter reference.
I think they're just choosing to ignore that EVERY FUCKING PRESIDENT has used them since they were invented. Including their hero and God-Emperor, Ronald Reagan.

6. and unlike their great heroes...the current POS has some pretty good off the cuffs.
But they can't pay attention to that. They like their heroes scripted tough white guys from wealthy families.

Quick answer: When your leaders quit insisting that the Republican party has a (false) monopoly on the meaning of morality then your guys will get some slack when they slip up.
