Judging by the Election court judgment and the reaction of the MN Supremes to Coleman's oral arguments, it's not looking good for Coleman.

The only question is how long it will take. They're not saying when they'll release their decision.

The MN Supreme Court announces its decision at 10:00am thursday mornings. They were expected to give their opinion on this one last week - and obviously did not. So it seems to me a good bet that we'll see something Thursday.
