4. CIA tried to make it look like Castro and Krushchev were behind it.
The "evidence" from CIA was so overwhelming that Cuba and Russia were involved with Oswald that LBJ used it to enlist Justice Earl Warren to lead the official investigation. Warren is allged to have cried when told of the implications of nuclear war. The "evidence" included a man impersonating Oswald showing up at the Soviet embassy in Mexico City to talk with the KGB's assassination specialist. It's clear from the record -- before November 22, 1963 -- that the CIA aimed to use the assassination to encourage a U.S. invasion of Cuba.
