5. When I told a cop I was responsible for being hit by someone and used that

line, he threatened to "crack my skull." He was very concerned that I have the other person's insurance pay for about 200 dollars of damage the worthless truck I was driving at the time.

Create "Gutter Lanes" that are six inches lower than the other lanes. All the impaired drivers end up in them and they exit to a parking lot where the police can round them up.
