In San Diego. They were fuzzy on the laws. They took an EXPIRED prescription as good enough. There were 18 plants. The call was for Domestic violence. I live alone and was asleep. The cops said they HEARD a woman crying. They said they were coming in, Whether I wanted them to or not. Just before they left, He asked me about a crawl space, I said I had Jimmy Hoffa in there. They did a further stern search. I loudly educated the officer that referred to not ever having done pot, as not being part of that pothead thing. I told him I was not a pothead. T do it to live. He apologized. They said that my not inviting them right in, was the trigger for thinking there was something up. How so George Bush. I told them that was the game. I must protest, and they must persist. I think he got it. They left. I hope for good. It might be a get out of jail free card. As they barged in, and then now have left. To inflict further harm would be clown patrol. I hope. The coppers said that it was the slickest grow they had seen. He asked how much the rig went for. I said I bought it secondhand. Oh, This is the second time there has been a call for domestic violence, and I live alone. Second full search of the residence. Again, perhaps a get out a card.

This, is a wacky world. I have taken down a crooked cop, and judge. Running a racket. AG cooked their goose. Traffic. Taken apart a former employer, with nasty stuff submitted, ON RECORD! I would presume the cops were lying about the woman crying to get around probable cause.

Were you within the legal plant limit? Maybe they are ir scanning your county and picking up the grow lights? They produce heat? (not led)

Can you say what kind of rig it was? Did they take it all.. sounds like not ...


Now why would they go through all that effort twice if you had a prescription? Sounds like they are looking for illegal grows using illegal means.

KopBusters rented a house in Odessa, Texas and began growing two small Christmas trees under a grow light similar to those used for growing marijuana. When faced with a suspected marijuana grow, the police usually use illegal FLIR cameras and/or lie on the search warrant affidavit claiming they have probable cause to raid the house. Instead of conducting a proper investigation which usually leads to no probable cause, the Kops lie on the affidavit claiming a confidential informant saw the plants and/or the police could smell marijuana coming from the suspected house.

The trap was set and less than 24 hours later, the Odessa narcotics unit raided the house only to find KopBuster's attorney waiting under a system of complex gadgetry and spy cameras that streamed online to the KopBuster's secret mobile office nearby.

The attorney was handcuffed and later released when eleven KopBuster detectives arrived with the media in tow to question the illegal raid. The police refused to give KopBusters the search warrant affidavit which is suspected to contain the lies regarding the probable cause.

At this time, they are running 400 watts. That is coollllll to the touch. No heat sig. They were called. He showed me emphatically, before he left. He wanted to dispess my suspicion, that they wer using a red herring, as I stated. Posthumously, of course. The limit is 12, I think. I know a fellow patient, that was raided, and did far worse. FAR WORSE. With same profile. Sorta. The whole, I protest thing, while stepping aside worked. I hope. I sure wanted above all to stay anonymous, but I have been outted. I did a lot of educating the officers. About cannibus use, and its use as medicine. It's history, and how many of us, use it not as a palliative, as in cancer etc. but as a vital key part of your survival strategy. They were blown.

Could they be coming to the wrong house?

Perhaps filing a affidavit with them stating the two visits and that you live alone and have been searched twice... keep them from wasting yours AND their time. Then show a copy at the door if it happens again.

6. Sorry this happened to you, perhaps you need to seek legal advice about future intrusions

since this has happened before.

A couple of times the cops came to our house proclaiming we called 9-1-1. We never let them inside our house. The first time I wasn't home, the second time the cops made me come to the door to make sure everything was alright. We explained that we didn't call 9-1-1. We later found out our landline automatically called them after having several days of heavy rain. The phone company said that somehow the line got over saturated and called 9-1-1 :shrug: We no longer have a landline, it was sad as we had that phone # for a couple of decades.

Of course I don't think this is your case. Do you have any known enemies or neighbors that like harassing you?!?!?

They BARGED IN whether I protested or not. When I said Jimmy Hoffa was my crawlspace companion, they searched, whether I agreeed or not. This stunning aggressiveness, might have saved me. I have been praying to my God for strength and wisdom. I dont believe it would stand up in court, as it is clown patrol. Especially, cuz they have already barged in, on a domestic violence call, and found only me there. With WITH SWAT. I was alone. Not a patient yet. I think a pattern of harrassment could be established. Nevertheless, I dont invite hubris. I was saved. I am good. the gods are better.

They took pics, they asked some pertinent questions about my reason for usage, and left. They tried somewhat to prove, that their reason for inquiring, was cuz of crazy, woman hostage, stuff throwing, insane depravity. They HEAR a woman crying. they use that as probable cause to not even wait for a warrant. They seanrch, broaden the search, when I frankenstein Hoffa. It is too convoluted. If you protest, they are very careful. And in this case, careful paid off.
