Progressive movement is ALIVE in Iran....
For what it appears to be. I wonder if the Iranian people are actually more progressive than the rest of the Islamic world. Bravo for them!!!! Vote and Fight progressive Iranian citizens!!! I for one am rooting for you!

2. I would ask where a candidate stands on the issues before I called him a "progressive"

Is he pro-choice? Where does he stand on the economy? Where does he stand on the environment? Education? Health? Etc. I'm sure that next to Ahmadinejad he would look progressive. But few wouldn't.

5. Better than what they have now....
and I now support the people in the streets right now. However, I fear for them. A couple more days of this and the Republican Guard is going to get the order to "shoot to kill". I pray for them.

3. There may be a so-called progressive movement, but Mousavi is NOT a progressive candidate.....
..... he's the slightly lesser of two evils.
