I checked the contact info for the committee and found a phone number ( Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, U.S. House of Representatives, 2157 Rayburn House Office Building, Washington, D.C. 20515, [phone]) so naturally I called. A gentleman told me that her deposition has been postponed indefinitely.

14. I told the guy that I found the question on DU and then told him there were huge Waxman fans here

who hoped he would pursue the investigation and get Ralston in to give a deposition. I also told him I'd really love to see it on CSPAN. I also told him that I was in Kansas and let him know that there are some of us in Kansas who are paying attention. He told me he'd pass it on to Waxman that he got an inquiry about the hearing from the heartland. ;)

My policy is: If I can find a phone number, I call. It never hurts.
