LONG SHOT interview Thursday morning 10am
I have an interview with another company this morning at 10am(et) -- it's a long shot

I meet 90% of the "qualifications" they listed in the ad, but there are a couple which I don't and I think they will be crucial.

I sent the resume off to the HR person (as directed by the ad) and she called me back - so I don't know if the engineering/drafting manager(s) actually saw it and made the decision to set up the interview.

The other place hasn't called me...yet

3. Good Luck! Remembe when they list the qualifications they are seeking, they are listing the "dream"
candidate. If you meet many of them, you have a real good shot at making it.

10. smashed up the car on the way to vet
so never made it there...

rescheduled appointment for this coming monday - soonest I could get

paw/nail seems ok, not infected. Most likely she is being a drama queen - but if it gets worse there's an emergency animal clinic (24 hour) nearby.

meanwhile, I cleaned it all off, put some anti-biotic cream on it and made a nice padded bandage for her. She's walking on all 4's, not hobbling. Think the bandaged cushioned it enough so it doesn't feel all weirdy to her.
