Who is this John Loftus crackpot that comes on after Mike Malloy?

I normally shut off the novamradio feed after Malloy's show, but tonight I left it running. This guy Loftus had a guest, and they're talking about Iraq having this massive nuclear threat. There were nuke facilities thousands of feet under rivers. Russia came in just before the invasion and moved all the nukes to Syria. Saddam had all these training camps for al Qaeda. The yellowcake documents were actually true. Do these people ever give up?

Was a former Justice Department Prosecutor, who joined their Office of Special Investigations, which was charged with prosecuting and deporting Nazi war criminals in the US.

He is quite convincing on some things, including the Bush ties to the Nazis, and less convincing on others.
