Tell CBS how you feel about enabling McCain's bloody photo op
I read this diary over at Daily Kos. It's worth sharing with everyone here. The McCain/Graham/Pence staged campaign commercial/photo op caused the assassination of 21 people today and it seems CBS (among others) have those people's blood on their hands.

Obviously, McCain's exploitation of that market attracted the violence. He's responsible, and so is CBS and "60 Minutes."

Here's what needs to happen, right now:

1. CBS must cancel the vanity piece on McCain that was the reason he made this photo op.

2. McCain must disgorge his entire campaign fund -- which isn't much anyway -- to pay for actual security in the market where he set up his photo op. McCain, Graham and Pence must also reimburse the military for all the expenses involved in sealing off the market and protecting them for their photo op.

3. CBS and its parent companies should out of respect to the many dead devote one year's advertising revenue to rehabilitating the area and making it as safe as they and McCain were going to claim it was

4. The US military must explain who approved and budgeted this vanity trip and colluded with CBS to create campaign footage for McCain, and fire them.

Can we get this done over the noise generated about Pelosi's kerchief?

3. I wouldn't assume the MSM isn't looking at this story.
If true it's big, disgusting, and devastating to McCain. But first reports from Iraq don't always hold up. (Remember a few weeks ago there was a story about a shell hitting a play field and killing dozens of kids who were playing soccer -- turned out it hadn't happened.) Instead of making "demands" that assume the story is correct, much better to raise the question: is this story true? Are you (CBS in this case) investigating? They really do have to be sure before they go with it.
