Seriously, I don't get it. I know it means nothing, but what is it that the frequent abuser of this term means by it?

1. They're not reporting the stories EXACTLY the way he wants them to.
The MSM has had its head buried up Rush's cyst-ridden butt for years but that's not good enough for His Majesty.

3. He thinks they don't do enough in depth reporting.
Limbaugh uses (and I am pretty sure coined it) the term because he thinks that most media outlets just drive by a story and report on it only in passing, instead of digging deeper.

It means he thinks he knows more than you do.

5. I think it means the same thing as McCain's......
"Gotcha Jornalism"

which I both think they mean is they look for an opportunity to report something controversial someone says or does.

7. It's like a drive by shooting, only it's the journalist
not stopping to get the whole story. Kind of like phoning it in.
