Why does * pant like a dog when he laughs?

Has anyone else noticed that - that idiotic panting he does when he laughs? :shrug: I just listened to a clip of him laughing and it caught my attention. Not the deepest thought of the day, but I felt compelled to share. It seems that every sound * makes annoys the hell out of me.

PS - My apologies if I've offended any dog lovers. I realize they are a higher species than the occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania.
