I read that last letter he sent, and he was definitely angry about being ignored. And the excuses they offer are so lame; one letter got lost, and they're "working" on the others - three years later? Uh-huh. It's like a kid saying "my dog ate my homework". They're spinning & obsfucating & stonewalling. That's why IMO Waxman should just subpoena her now and skip the useless invitations to voluntarily testify.
