Aerotech is the company. Anybody else dealt with them before? We have been working under the terms of the old contract since the old one expired last Dec. We can't strike by State of Ne. law. I'll be back later.

1. Yeah, they sure do love that "vital industry" clause don't they?
The very idea that workers are not allowed to strike is just obscene.

I wish I had some advice or experience to offer, but here's a

2. Staffing company. Bunch of assholes.

A friend of mine (young republican totally) worked for them for a few years. Even he got sick of their antics.

Worked with them before. They do some Gov contracting. Corporate middlemen parasiting the workforce.

Good chances: The workers will be stuck in a sort of temp hiatus lured with hope of permanent hire. Little or no bennies. Fatcats soak up the rest.

3. I'm home

I'm sober. A good sign. I won't be online much tonight. I'm off my regular Friday-Saturday. I have a nice surprise to post in the morning. :-)

5. Charming company
They had our small town up in arms about providing scabs for striking childcare and senior's home workers.

There was even a protest march against their tactics right down the main street. And they sent their vans out to watch our protest.
