1. Look at the flat line for the exchange rate for the Saudi Riyal.

2. Their currency, like many others is pegged to the USD
I would presume this eliminates the currency risk of a declining dollar as nearly all crude oil sales are made in USD.

I spend half the year abroad and exchanging USD for Euros is quite sobering! Am just wondering when our currency will be changed to the Yen.

5. The USD has been going downhill ever since the day arbusto sneaked into
the back door of the White House. Started slowly because everyone knew he was an idiot, but thought he would just put in his time, get his library, and be quickly forgotten, but once he started actually doing things the pace of devaluation picked up substantially. Nobody wants to be the one holding tons of toilet paper once the house of cards collapses, but OTOH they can't dump 'em too quickly cause the collapse will take most of the others with it.

The dollar in your wallet is worth about 4 cents of a 1913 greenback.
