If ChemNutra is the only distributor of tainted gluten, why did the FDA

Appropriate screening criteria have been set for wheat gluten from China and the Netherlands, as a country through which transshipping of Chinese wheat gluten may occur.

Also, ChemNutra claims to have sold tainted wheat gluten to three pet food manufactures and one distributor. Can we have all four of these names please? What will it take for the FDA to finally come clean on just the very basics?
