Obviously it's important to post our thoughts about the whole Tiller affair. Let's turn those thoughts into action. Who can benefit the most from donations now?

13. Med Students for Choice is my pick as well.
They are supporting the Tillers of the future. It's disturbing how many family planning docs never even had the option to learn how to perform a first-term abortion during their residencies.

MISSION:

The Pro Choice League, Inc., is a 501(c)3 non-profit, tax-exempt, charitable organization. It was founded by our co-director Bill Baird. Together, he and wife Joni Baird co-direct the Pro Choice League.

The organization’s work stems from Bill Baird’s achievements on behalf of the public’s right to privacy especially with regard to his three U.S. Supreme Court victories. Baird v. Eisenstadt (3/22/72) legalized birth control nationally for all individuals in the U.S. and was quoted six times in the 1973 abortion case. Baird v. Bellotti I (1976) and Baird v. Bellotti II (1979) gave minor’s the right to abortion without parental veto.

For decades, our mission has been to educate the public about the history of the struggle for reproductive freedom and privacy rights as well as about current issues and the future of these laws.

Our vision is embodied in a phrase Bill Baird initiated in 1964: "To be wanted and loved is every child's birthright." We also recognize that reproductive freedom is at the core of human rights affecting world stability. Overpopulation threatens planetary stability and economic empowerment for women is often dependent on control of reproduction coupled with education.

We join other progressive voices whose goal it is to protect and procure the rights to birth control and abortion.

BTW, Bill Baird knew George Tiller and was his friend for many years.
