It was really interesting listening to two highly qualified legal minds discuss their case. That's the kind of discussion people benefit from, I believe. It would be interesting to see them argue against the opposing attorneys. That would really be beneficial to the debate.

I would like to have heard one particular legal issue addressed, but of course in 10 minutes it wasn't going to happen, especially with Larry King driving the conversation. So I'll ask it here:

Is anyone willing to share opinions on what restrictions, if any, should be placed on marriage and why? I'm curious to know various opinions on the subject.
