It seems she ruled to throw out a test where no black men passed an advancement test, and the "anglos and hispanics who passed got screwed over". I wonder what the real story is. Buellar?

4. The real story is it doesn't matter who was nominated, they would foam and rage.
That's what keeps them their listeners, and in turn their sponsors, and in turn their $$$$$. That's all they've got.

6. It's before the Supreme Court right now.
Your summary is accurate in regards to the case itself.

7. That is pretty much what happened.
The city didn't like the results, so they threw it out.
