1. Some video at CBS5
http://cbs5.com/local/gay.marriage.proposition.2.1019418.html

The best part is at the end when they totally block an intersection.

5. It is a lovely peaceful protest so far
The group just walked down the street, then at the intersection linked hands and made a large ring around the entire intersection, shutting off traffic. The CBS5 video seems to fit immediately before the video in the OP.

The local news just had the Mayors Daughter (who is openly gay) on as well as the Mayor (GOP pro marriage).

Its been a very bad weekend for me. I have a relationship thats having a hard time. My dog was in the hospital do to an accident I caused and Im still beyond upset that I did anything thats hurt my dog (dont ask it was really really awful - I have never felt that bad about anything.) And now Prop 8 - Im ready, mad and nothing is going to shut me up.

15. Oh honey

I have had a really hard time of it lately myself, still trying to find steady work, my girlfriend's health has been up and down. Bigots coming out of the woodwork now that marriage equality is within reach in my state.

Weirdly enough Adam Lambert was the last straw for me. But every time I go WTF at that I remind myself Stonewall happened when Judy died. They picked the wrong day to fuck with me.

14. San Francisco voters rejected Prop. 8
shutting down the streets there is not going to change anybody's mind.

Judges are supposed to rule on what the actual law is, rather than what they would like it to be. I haven't read the full ruling yet, but if the ruling is solely on procedural aspects we're going after the wrong target.
