We at least deserve the whole story behind the torture photos

I want the torture photos to be released. Do I want to look at them? No, but we all need to know the story behind them.

Why did someone take these photos, what purpose did the photos and the torture serve?
We need a complete summary of what happened, what did they do?
We need names of everyone from top to bottom, and what happened to them afterward?

2. That's a good compromise between releasing all of them to everyone or having them sealed.
My point has just been have them released to some legal body that we can trust, and permit them to seal photos or films involving minors or identifiable cases of sexual humiliation, but have the names of the perpetrators made public and procede with prosecutions of these perpetrators.

But I think your suggestion is very rational, and possibly more practical than mine.
