Obama reaches across the isle again.
Why is he pandering to them?

"WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama reached across the political divide Saturday and named Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, a potential GOP White House contender in 2012 and top John McCain supporter, to the sensitive diplomatic post of U.S. ambassador to China.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese from his days as a Mormon missionary in Taiwan, the 49-year-old Huntsman is a popular two-term governor who served in both Bush administrations and was national co-chairman of Arizona Sen. McCain's campaign against Obama last year. Huntsman has made a name for himself advocating a moderate agenda in one of the nation's most conservative states."

5. I'm wondering that too.
But my guess is that there probably aren't many people with his diplomatic experience who are also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

7. Why?
Didn't Obama say he was gonna be the president of all America? Red, and Blue?

We lived thru 8 years of partisan government and it caused problems.
While we should rightly have a high distaste for pubbies, not all are Bushco acolytes, eh?

8. Obama did say he would be President of all 50 states......
and based on the criticism he gets about every move he makes, I'm starting to wonder if we will have a strong opinion as to which finger he uses to pick his nose.

10. That's all he ever does -that and dump on progressives.

He seems to be going out of his way to humiliate us with every thing he does.

Just wait when it comes time to run again he will scurry back to the left for support.

And just wait til he gets done "working" on SS and Medicare - gotta have lots of moolah to fund our new "anti terror" war after all!

I can't BELIEVE how quickly he's gone back on all his campaign rhetoric. It seems like every day he stabs us in the back - sometimes twice!

15. You are particularly obtuse.
If you cannot see the progress, you haven't been paying attention. Sorry you didn't get your overnight conversion of the country.

Would you like some cheese with that whine?
