Teen accused in school plot can go home
A 14-year-old girl implicated in a planned shooting spree at two Turner-area schools will be released once the details of a strict monitoring plan have been hammered out, Marion County Juvenile Judge Michael Livingston ruled Thursday.

........
The judge also took into account her perfect conduct record while being held in the county juvenile detention center.

......

"I think it would be better to have a network of people" looking after the girl, rather than only her immediate family, Livingston said. He expressed concern that her parents seemed to minimize some of their daughter's past problems.

.....

The remaining two suspects, a boy and a girl, both 14, were ordered to remain in custody. The judge ruled them a risk to the community.

From reading posters' comments at the SJ, at least one person has the free time to spend watching the court proceedings. Of course, their comments do not violate privacy but shines a light on the parents' denial.
