Seriously. I don't need to see these horrors, or hear the screams to be convinced that this happened.

2. I hear you. Of course the photo release has far more to do with the public at large' right to know
and to have access to information.

As someone else pointed out too, part of the value of their release is just like the value of a holocaust museum, so people will know why "never again."

However, I have no desire to visit a holocaust museum personally for probably the same reasons you don't need to see the photos.

3. I'd be game for that, except they'd probably dig up Ken Starr

4. but some people do.
releasing all evidence, AND appointing a special prosecutor is the only way to prevent this from happening in the future.

i agree with your point to an extent. i don't need to see the evidence to know it happened either. but MANY others do. and many more should be forced to view all eveidence and issue apologies afterward for endorsing torture as a means to an end. (your hannity's and savage's and rushbos)

8. Mixed feelings on the photos. 100% for the prosecutor
I can see the arguments for not releasing the photos.

However they will make great evidence at Rumsfeld and CHeney's trials.
