7. The last paragraph gives off a bit of self righousness, and anger

Notice the 'if', yet we are all sinners, not all homosexual, nor all criminals, but everyone is a sinner, but the tone of the letter seems that he has forgot to include himself as a sinner also. And if you think someones ways are sinful, show them love. Then either way, if you are right or wrong, you still do good works. That's how I try to think on it, although I fail at times, since of coarse I am sinner too.

And it seems he believes he knows who will go to hell and who will not, a bold statement. Personally I think nobody knows the mind of God, but we can know his spirit of love and goodness, just not all the mysteries of his ways.

I think his type of attitude causes so many problems for people that like to talk about the good things of God. I heard Tweety ask why Edwards spoke of his faith, yet he had an affair, or why can a beauty pageant person say she has faith, and still has half naked photos, or all the other people that can say its good to be a certain way, or good to try and act in certain ways, and still know they fail at it themselves.

It is self righteous people that gets so many hypocritical labels put on Christians.

Christians are sinners, just like everyone else is also a sinner, we all have things we work on and try to do better. Jesus came to save sinners, and that's everyone, and many that believe that, are called Christians. It is laughable to claim some type of righteousness, our righteousness comes from the grace of God, not by the totality of our own actions, because we all fail at times.

I think alot of people group all Christians as self righteous, and that makes things frustrating.

8. The funny thing about the Pre-jean...

had she made some sort of non answer answer for the question and...

1) lost anyway - nobody would have ever heard from her again, nude photos or not.

2) won - and now would have had to give up the Miss USA title because of the photos and the bad behavior.

But only by giving her "Christian" answer to the question and "lost" the title because of it... she is the darling of the Christian fundies everywhere for standing up to the "gay agenda" (and promoting a little hate speech herself)... and even the Trump can't touch her because of her popularity with that segment of our population. All of her bad behavior and scandals are now forgiven because she spewed the fundie hate speech against the GLBT community.
