Buchanan on Hardball suggested that Cheney is speaking to the media because the WH doesn't care what he thinks and he has lines into the intelligence agency. Basically, he said that Cheney knows things from them that they won't tell the President of the United States. If that ridiculous statement were true, wouldn't the CIA agents be committing treason? What clearance does a FORMER VP have anyway?

O'Donnell is right - Buchanan is insane and so is Cheney.
