Student suspended after his extracurricular activities were discovered. Discrimination or permissible disciplinary action by a private college? Apparently he did sign a consent form to follow the code of student conduct. Why a porn star would choose to attend one of the most conservative colleges in the country is rather odd, but be that as it may. Does this kid have a case, or should he have known better and just chalk it up to experience?

It looks like the college was pretty clear about their rules (their student handbook is online) and it looks like they followed them. I'd say his only option is to take the suspension, appeal it, or transfer. Legal action will go no nowhere...

12. I had a girlfriend who went to Grove City, and I visited there for a weekend.

This guy is better off elsewhere - The school was mediocre, students were in training for middle level jobs and alcoholism in suburbia.
