Just uncheck the Bluetooth-PDA-Sync button.

1. Thanks, but I don't do wireless at all.
My BT interface and AirPort are disabled.

Call me a luddite. :D

2. The author is incorrect. It is Not checked by default.
This discussion has been going on for a while. I've looked on new Macs and after installing OS X on systems.

It's never checked by default. You have to do it yourself.

Now that being said, I'd look and see anyway.

If there is a setting that should NEVER be the default, you can bet Microsoft will MAKE it the default.

Apple usually doesn't fuck up like that.

5. The reply above said that it isn't on by default. Maybe the software that
came with his BT mouse may have turned on the function.
