5. Not that All corporations are considered bad.

But, many are international in nature and their greed must be controlled. Or else, they will go for the bottom line, meaning actions like labor repression or off shoring.
Those elements control the GOP thru their lobbying efforts such as Norquist's Club for Growth , who buy our elections.
Republicans especially are their clones. And unfortunately , too many Democrats.
