For those Democrats that are thinking of voting against universal health care...
Do not deceive yourself into believing that this year will be like any other year. The Democratic Party has been trying to get this reform since the days of Harry Truman. If you vote against this reform, your name will be on the list to be targeted for defeat. You will go down. Don't give us these arguments about the "big tent" and room to "disagree" over different issues. You may disagree if you wish, but you will pay the price. Just so you know...

I think you are correct in stating that the passion and interest in correcting healthcare cannot be overstated.

First on that list is Chuck Schumer for his efforts to remove any meaning at all from a "public option" per yesterday's NYT

4. Totally agree. Even to the point of not voting for them in the general. As one of the
most important and basic tenets of what I and many others think should be the Democratic party's values, this is non-negotiable.
