THAT got under the radar somehow. Isn't that needless provocation of Russia and aiding and abetting that pipsqueak tyrant in that breakoff little land?

3. It's getting near summer
It seems like summer means a brief war somewhere, nowadays (Lebanon, Georgia).

5. If war with Russia is what they want
Ithink we (and Nato) should stay out of it. This is a world of trouble we just don't need.

6. Putting on my tin foil hat...
this happened at the time when all eyes were upon the Olympics in China. I wouldn't put it passed the war council of the Bush administration to have troops there conveniently, claiming military tests. (It has been done before) Using this distraction for Israel to try to take out the "Nuke threat of Iran." Russia was somehow one step ahead and entered Georgia sooner than they planned, thus foiling the plot.

::adjusts tin foil hat:::

and now for the weather....

7. I'm sorry, but how would that have distracted Iran?
Aren't you confusing media coverage and faux outrage with the ability to field a large army?

8. nope
you assume we were told the complete truth about Georgia. Somehow I wouldn't put it passed them to use this situation or even contrive the situation, to get their long awaited war against Iran. The third piece of the Oil puzzle and complete domination of the middle east...Somehow I don't think they expected Russia to react as swiftly as they did.
