One of the cool things about living and working in Los Angeles,

a city I love to hate, is when I look at a banner ad on Weather Underground for Shredded Wheat's new ad campaign called The Palace of Light (http://www.thepalaceoflight.com/), and see a face I recognize, lol.
The interviewer in the first episode is one of my favorite clients (who, sadly, is between cats right now, and still not quite ready for a new one). Name's Eric Pierpoint. And he's the very definition of "silver fox".

Oh, and he hated Bush almost as much as I did, so he's one of the good guys.

I looked around the website - he's the head dude, lol, "Frank Druffel". They gave him a facebook page! Well, good for him. Commercials are lucrative. Hope they paid him a pile of money, and he gets tons of residuals, too. Then he can get a cat and spend it here.

1. Growing up in the LA area was pretty cool too...

I went to school with several child actors... one was the little boy in "My Mother the Car" and later had a recurring role in "Family Affair"... one played parts in sitcoms... like Bewitched, where he played a toy salesman who wished he was a little boy again, and Tabitha turned him into my friend, the little boy:)

2. I like him. It's very interesting marketing, too.
I know how he feels about being between cats; I've been there.

3. He's a VERY nice person. I've known him for over 10 years.
And he's also HAWT!!!!!!

I and my staff particularly enjoy watching him leave, if you get my drift. Must work out at the gym......

8. You can find all his stuff on IMDB. He does a lot of what he calls
"rubber head" roles, like Star Trek aliens needing heavy prosthetic makeup. And he did Alien Nation, of course.

I like him in a suit, personally.

Our very ill kitty, is slowly recovering from a liver disorder (they think it's fatty liver)

For 3 weeks, we have been syringe feeding him LD and Max, and his yellowness is almost gone and he's eating on his own again..FINALLY, but we are still giving him his feedings.. he will not eat the "special food" on his own.. Now that he's eating on his own, will we still have to force the special food, or will a regular diet be in his future again?

As he feels better, he fights us more and more..

We have no way of monitoring his calorie intake for the food he eats on his own..

13. Los Angeles is a great and underappreciated city
and most of our entertainment comes from there.
