Soooo, so tired of looking at that fool. If you all agree maybe with enough recommendations the admin would change it.

1. I agree.
But I think it is up to the advertiser. I love the ads at DU and always take a look at the links.
You have a valid point.

3. I'm there. Any time
I see a picture of * on the front page I quickly scroll up so the mug disappears under my tool bar. Can't stand to look at him or hear him speak.

4. Me too. Even when he is depicted in negative light I have to avert my eyes.
If I see him on the tube I scramble for the remote as fast as I possibly can, or I run from the room and get to a safe place where I don't have to hear him (family finds it humorous).

5. It's an ad.
The advertiser paid for it to be there.

Can another advertiser step up and get that STUPID, IDIOT, CRIMINAL face off the screen. Or maybe admin could approach the advertiser and tell them there have been many, MANY complaints and perhaps they could change the pic! Whenever I post one of these, tons of people respond with dittos. I know his picture bothers most.

7. I'm not going to approach the advertiser and ask them to change the picture.
It is not a pro-Bush ad. I think people can handle seeing his picture here.

Furthermore, I have not received many complaints about the ad. This thread is the first one I have ever seen. The fact that some people responded to your thread does not prove that the ad bothers "most" visitors to this website.

9. I agree, Pelosi would be a much more cheerful face to look at.

No doubt about it.

But don't forget it's the hatred/disgust/distrust/dislike of Bush that brought many of us here. Seeing him just enforces my feelings that he's a bad, bad man who should not be in the White House, and legitimately does not belong there.

10. actually
I can't tell you how many bumperstickers I have turned down because they were negative.
"STAMP OUT BUSH" still says BUSH and gives * more name recognition, not less.

I can't stand looking at his face and it does seem a bit perverse that rather than us viewing our heros we have to look at that mug.

11. *~* Yes, PLEASE!!! *~*
I have been hoping for such.
I had an "FW" bumper sticker for years- just scraped the F'N thing off- I am SICK of him in every way.
