So are those DUers who were criticizing Aretha's inauguration hat
watching the Kentucky Derby hats on NBC?
The only horse I wanted to win (I Want Revenge) is out. I hope none of the horses is destroyed in the race.

1. Um, horseraces are a neverending montage of fashion fail...
Not sure your argument is well-served using them as an example.

2. Did you hear about the filly that won a $500,000.00 race yesterday at Churchill Downs by 20 lengths?

Her name is Rachel Alexandra.
The owner said he did not want her pushed around and bumped by all the males in the Kentucky Derby, so he did not enter her.

I also hope all the horses survive the race in good health.

7. The trainer and owners should be commended for that decision. A "hot spot"
does not bode well for a young animal on a muddy track. Money isn't everything and I'm glad they thought of the animal first. He'll have another day, just not this one.
