I mean, this didn't really happen and if you think about, even allowing for the heartlessness of corporations, it doesn't make any sense.

Then again, it's not so far off from most stories of mass firings that I've read about. That is, the "Bobs" take mass amounts of employees in a room, fire them and have the building rent-a-thugs shuffle them out in front of the survivors like they stole something.

Corporations take their long term outlook as seriously as America takes that of its workers. There is no future with this plan. NONE.
