But this "torture" was conducted when? 2002? 2003?

So. You mean to tell me that Cheney, who we KNOW had access to every single itty bitty piece of intel to ever be produced in this country... wasn't privy to the memo that described the success when it actually happened?

A major terror plot was foiled some two or three years before the CIA decided to document it?

It was such a non-event, apparently, that they didn't even bother to notify anyone about it at the time?

This torture was so absofreakinlutely critical to the immenent safety and security of our country, and yet when the fruits of their labor materialized, they were so casual about it that they didn't even write a memo until 2004?

Really, are we expected to believe this horseshit?
