I believe that it's been demonstrated that she was a staunch supporter of wiretapping (even the illegal, non-FISA kind) well before the whole AIPAC thing was going down.

Although, one does have to wonder if there were just other events that occurred years ago that set her into that position... who knows how many other quid pro quos she has lurking in her dark closets

She's just plain contradictory on this position. If she really firmly believed it to be a justifiable position of the government, then her outrage over her own experience with it is baffling.

Unless she's just a hypocrite, which is certainly possible.

5. AIPAC should have no position (least of all pro) on wiretapping
No, it'd have to be something else - perhaps another case where the DOJ had the goods on her (history does repeat itself after all).
