What do you think this means?
I think out of the whole thing, "we the people" is the most important. Everything else is nice colorful language, but the "we the people" is what allegedly makes us a democracy. Instead of a single person being the source of sovereignty, the people are the source of sovereignty.
It makes more sense to me that it should be that way, after all, one person can't force anyone other than a few people to do anything. The people are always in charge.
However, I have to wonder anymore if this is true. If the people are the source of power, how can it be that information can be hidden from us? Doesn't inherently make the people who control the classification of information the source of power?
I ask again, what do you think means?
