Ms. Doan has created a new verb: "murky"
As in "I don't want to MURKY the waters."

I like that...you have been present at a great moment in linguistics. Howcum the Rethugs can coin phraseology and terms better than we can?

Like the notion that that statement is "inoperative". Stuff like that.

as an aside...what a flip babe she is...wow.

4. question - when Bruce Braley opened his questioning
he listed people who were said to have been at the pp presentation. Doan was very certain about a certain person - I didn't catch his name - was not there. Who was that, and why is her memory so clear in this respect when it is so MURKY in other respects?

8. Can you imagine the nightmare of having her as a boss?
Beyond belief. Not only is she incompetent ... she's both incapable of and unconcerned with competence. I don't think she'd recognize competence if it flew up her ... nose.

9. Interestingly, the word 'murky'
has appeared quite often lately, in many of these hearings. I've never heard it used as a verb.

She is one bitch-on-wheels, isn't she? Can you imagine getting in her way in a parking lot? Sheesh...her attitude with the Congress is more aggressive than anyone I've seen lately. Angry...thus scared.

18. Just like Watergate...
those of us who were around in those days remember all the Rethugs except for Sen. Weicker (a 'maverick' Repub), asking the same kind of questions of accusers of Dick. In the beginning that is: after the tapes were known to exist, lots o' backtracking.

19. How horrible!
The correct verb is "to murk."

Although, to be honest, I'd have probably said "to murky up".

Is it cognate with Russ. morochit'?

21. NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 Seriesly, 'cause this is HUGH!!!!!!!!!!1
This is the reason why Dems often lose...see, you conceded that you might make such a 'mis-step'. Remmber: RETHUGS NEVER DO THIS. Never ever ever ever....

What your reply should have stated was: This is such outrageous behavior that it is worthy of a Congressional Committee and Special Prosecutor to investigate the misuse of English Language, the holy of holies, and to report its finding direct to Karl.

Karl whom, you may ask? There are many Karls...maybe it's Rove, maybe it's not...THERE'S NO PROOF!!!

See, that's how Rethugs handle e-mail too. Clever aren't they?

'Cause if you were to say, 'I gave that porno tape to Bill", they would assume that it was Bill Clinton, even though you have never met him. Time for Ken Starr to re-launch his investigation.

That's how it's done, my friend...
